Today, The Flaming Lips share new North American tour dates and extend their already stacked 2024 schedule. These shows will once again see the band deliver a full performance of their 2002 groundbreaking, Gold-certified Warner Records album Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots in its entirety, continuing to honor over two decades of this creative and critical career high watermark. These career-spanning headline gigs find the alternative rock stalwarts mining their catalog for what promises to be an epic and unforgettable two-hour set. The jaunt commences with a two-night stand in Vancouver, BC and concludes in Santa Barbara, CA at Arlington Theatre.
The Flaming Lips “Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots” 20th-Anniversary CD Box Set is Available Now
Today, The Flaming Lips celebrate the 20th-anniversary of their classic 2002 album, Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots, with the release of an expansive box set that also includes B-sides, demos, remixes, radio sessions, two concerts, and other assorted rarities from the era. The CD set includes over 50 tracks never released and dozens of rare tracks. The LP box set has 40 tracks never released on vinyl and over 30 previously unreleased tracks. Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots: 20th Anniversary Edition will be available, via Warner Records, on all streaming services and as a 6 CD box set (featuring 100 tracks) on November 25 to mark the 20th anniversary year.

Coming off a Mid-West and East Coast summer tour with packed shows and a sold out date at Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Rooftop, the Minneapolis-based Night Moves announce a West Coast fall tour, which kicks off in Omaha on Oct 4 and includes dates in Los Angeles on October 15 and Houston on October 22.

Today, the Minneapolis-based Night Moves release The Redaction EP, a short cinematic collage, harmoniously shaped together to create an EP that seamlessly blends psychedelia with a classic cozy twang. With legendary producer John Agnello (Sonic Youth, Horsegirl, Kurt Vile, Dinosaur Jr.), who also worked on Night Moves’ Pennied Days, lending a hand, the resulting songs prove the bands evolution as songwriters, still trading in massive pop hooks that manage to convey yearning melancholy with a sense of maturity and perspective.

Night Moves Announce New Album “Can You Really Find Me”
It is with great pleasure that Domino announces Can You Really Find Me, the new album from Night Moves, due for release on June 28th. Accompanying the news of the album comes new track “Strands Align” and its’ Cameron Dutra-directed video, starring John Pelant and Micky Alfano from the band as well as actor Chris Mulkey (Twin Peaks, Whiplash, Boardwalk Empire). The video follows Pelant, Alfano and Mulkey across the highs of a spur-of-the-moment crime spree that is ultimately brought to a tragic revenge-fueled end.
